Metal tube heating elements heat up quickly (reaching 300℃ in about 30 seconds) and have a long lifespan; ceramic heating elements heat up slightly slower (about 60 seconds), but the temperature is more stable. For PVC welding scenarios requiring long-term continuous operation, it is recommended to choose equipment with metal tube heating elements to ensure work efficiency and stability.
For PVC coated fabric welding, a professional hot air welding machine is required. This type of equipment usually needs to have the following characteristics: stable output temperature, ability to adapt to outdoor working environments; pressure adjustment function to ensure uniform welding pressure; and strong durability to withstand harsh construction site conditions. For PVC welding, the seams must be free of oil and dust, and the overlapping sections should not contain sand or other debris. When the ambient temperature is below 5℃, the equipment should be able to perform preheating to ensure welding quality.
