Step 1: Consider the Operating Environment

High Quality: Features a uniform coating with no pinholes or bubbles, and feels flexible and elastic to the touch.

Low Quality: Features a thin coating that peels easily, leaves white crease marks when folded, and is prone to becoming brittle or cracking.
