Experiments show that coatings with 3%-10% carbon nanotubes can reduce volume resistance to below 10⁵Ω while maintaining a thin and lightweight material (thickness 0.4-1.5mm).


Environmental Protection and Durability:  Uses halogen-free, low-volatility environmentally friendly plasticizers (such as DOTP, ATBC), and extends service life through UV absorbers and antioxidants, adapting to high-temperature (80℃) or high-humidity (RH>70%) environments.



Stable Performance: Surface resistance decay rate <2% (after 100 cycles of -55℃~125℃ testing).

Safety Protection: Passed UL94V-0 flame retardant certification, self-extinguishing during combustion with no toxic gas release.

Easy Maintenance: No frequent spraying required; daily cleaning only requires wiping with a neutral solvent, preventing coating peeling.
