NEWSTAR Acrylic and PVDF lacquer PVC coated tarpaulin is composite material.

The two sides of fabric is coated with PVC compounding. The inner base scrim is high tenacity PES woven mesh. The mechanical strength of PVC tarpaulin comes from the inner base scrim and the outside PVC coating makes the PVC tarpaulin waterproof and resistant to light and chemical effects.

NEWSTAR Acrylic and PVDF lacquer PVC coated tarpaulin are accepted and used in many fields like outdoor structure, building constructions, truck and trailer transport and logistics, outdoor covering and tents, outdoor protection and so on.

The coating is compounded by PVC resin, PVDF, ACRYLIC, silicone resin. The thickness of coating can be customized according to our customers’ requirements.  The weight of acrylic or PVDF coated fabric ranges from 450gsm to 1500gsm. And any color is available.  We can customize to make the acrylic or PVDF coated fabric referring to RAL or Pantone color code.

After surface treatment, our acrylic and PVDF fabric has the self-cleaning property and has anti-aging functions to prolong service life.
